Job Description

A press operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring press machines to shape metal parts according to production requirements. The role often involves working with both manual and automated press equipment.

We offer you an independent and varied job in a modern press operation with a focus on automation and quality. You will be an important part of the production and have the opportunity to develop long-term in a stable company with collective agreements and secure conditions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with documented experience as an operator in the manufacturing industry and who is accustomed to working independently as well as in a team. You have practical experience with press tools and press machines, as well as good experience with quality control. It is an advantage if you have experience with automated press lines or robotic press cells, have worked with multiple press machines in combination, or have basic knowledge of automation, PLC, or HMI. Experience with troubleshooting in machine and automation environments, as well as forklift, overhead crane, or lifting training, is also considered a plus.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured with a genuine technical interest. You thrive in a production environment where collaboration, quality, and safety are the focus.
